Outdoor workout...no gym required!

Originally from North Dakota, I grew up with two seasons, winter and summer. [Or so it felt!] Cold, sometimes snowy weather has been known to make an appearance in the middle of May! [True story.] Since moving to Montana, I have thoroughly enjoyed the mild winter weather to continue my outdoor workouts year-round. What are the benefits of exercising outdoors? Fresh air, unlimited space and equipment, and no membership dues!

OUTDOOR WORKOUTS ARE THE BEST!

Perform 4 rounds of 12-15 reps with little rest between exercises!

Bench step ups

Push-ups

Bench tap squats
