I'm Kristy, the personal trainer [wife & mommy] who will encourage you and give you the tools and motivation to reach your health and fitness goals. I know all too well that juggling everyday life can be overwhelming at times, not to mention the challenge of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The truth is that living a healthy life should not be a chore - there are too many of those to keep up with already! [Cue baby spilling sippy cup.]

With the right tools, a little patience, and some practice and persistance, you can live the healthy life you deserve. Exercise is a must, but it goes hand in hand with proper nutrition - like peanut butter and jelly - yum, right?! [I prefer mine lightly toasted.] I will share with you what will help put you on the path to success and to becoming the very best version of you.
